This Privacy Policy explains how evdnc ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Looks app, our mobile application (the "App"). evdnc operates the Looks app and may offer other applications; this policy applies specifically to Looks. 1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the App:

a) Account data

• Your name and email address (when you create an account).
• An encrypted authentication session stored securely on your device.

b) Wardrobe & style data

• Photos of clothing items you add to your wardrobe.
• Item details you provide or that are detected (category, colour, material, fit, brand).
• Style preferences you choose during onboarding (e.g. gender styling, vibe, occasions).
• Outfits you generate, like, or save.

c) Usage data

• Basic app-usage information (e.g. number of AI generations, for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
• Approximate location data only if you enter or allow a location for weather-based outfit suggestions. We use your city/coordinates to fetch a weather forecast; we do not store a location history.

d) Technical data

• Device and diagnostic information needed to keep the App working (e.g. app version, error logs).

We do not collect payment card details in the App.

3. How we use your data

• Create and secure your account.
• Store your wardrobe and generate outfit and styling suggestions.
• Process your clothing photos through AI to create outfit visualisations and recommendations.
• Provide weather-relevant suggestions (if you enable location/weather).
• Prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.
• Communicate essential service messages (e.g. account verification).

4. AI processing and third parties we share data with

To provide the core features, some of your content (such as clothing images and text prompts derived from your wardrobe) is sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers on your behalf, through our secure servers. These providers process the data only to return a result to the App:

We only send what is necessary for the feature you are using. We do not sell your personal data or use your photos to train our own models. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms; we recommend reviewing them.

5. International data transfers

Some of the providers above are located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

6. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, we process your data on these bases:

• Contract — to provide the App you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the service and prevent abuse.
• Consent — for optional features such as location/weather and notifications, which you can withdraw at any time.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and wardrobe data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You can:

• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data (portability).
• Withdraw consent for optional features.
• Delete your account from within the App or by contacting us.

To exercise any right, email info@evdnc.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Security

We protect your data with measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), database row-level security so users can only access their own data, server-side storage of all sensitive API keys, and secure (hardware-backed) storage of your login session on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
